Episode 5A: Nirvana ”Nevermind”

This is one of two episodes we're releasing for September 27th. For two very special 30th anniversary albums, we're looking at "Nevermind" by grunge legends Nirvana, as well as "Blood Sugar Sex Magik" by funk-rock extraordinaires Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Nirvana was a grunge rock band out of Aberdeen, Washington. The band consisted of guitarist and frontman Kurt Cobain, bassist Krist Novoselic, and drummer and backing vocalist Dave Grohl. Their second and most impactful album "Nevermind" was released in September 1991 through DGC Records. Their music can be found anywhere you get your music, both physically and digitally.
