Episode 40: How To Destroy Angels ”Welcome Oblivion”
The big 4-0! We're still marching along with this podcast, and this episode has Kris choosing How To Destroy Angels and their 2013 album "Welcome Oblivion"
How To Destroy Angels is/was a post-industrial band formed in Los Angeles between 2008 to 2010. The band consists of frontperson Mariqueen Maandig (formerly of West Indian Girl), Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross (of Nine Inch Nails) and visual artist former art director for Nine Inch Nails Rob Sheridan. Their (to date) only full-length album "Welcome Oblivion" was released in March 2013 under Columbia Records and is self-produced. Three songs were released as singles on an EP entitled "An Omen" that would appear on this album, and they were Keep It Together, Ice Age and The Loop Closes. The album itself produced one single with "How Long?"
