Episode 39 - Bush ”Sixteen Stone”
You know it's a Savannah episode when we go back to some 90's alt/grunge rock. This week, we're looking at Bush and their 1994 album "Sixteen Stone."
Bush is a post-grunge/alt-rock band from London, England. They formed in 1992 with frontman Gavin Rossdale, guitarist Nigel Pulsford, bassist Dave Parsons and drummer Robin Goodridge. Their debut album "Sixteen Stone" was released in December 1994 under Interscope Records and Trauma Records. The album received mostly positive reviews across the board and found chart placements such as #2 in New Zealand, #4 in US and Canada, and #5 in Australia. The album has been certified 16x platinum across four countries including Canada and the US. The album spawned five singles: Everything Zen, Little Things, Comedown, Glycerine and Machinehead.
