Episode 35: Tool ”Aenima”
You wanted it (possibly) and you got it (definitely). It's episode 35 of the podcast, and this week we're looking at Tool and their 1996 album "Aenima."
Tool is an alternative/progressive metal band out of Los Angeles, California. They formed in 1990 but wouldn't release their first studio album until 1993's "Undertow". The band consists of most of its original members, including Maynard James Keenan, Adam Jones, and Danny Carey. Original bassist paul D'Amour was replaced by current bassist Justin Chancellor in 1995. Their second studio album "Aenima" (stylized as Ænima), was released in September 1996 under Zoo Entertainment. The album spawned 4 singles, including "Stinkfist", "H.", "Aenema", and "Forty Six & 2." For music, merch and more, visit www.toolband.com
