Episode 31: Billy Talent ”Billy Talent II”
It's been a few episodes, but Savannah has the say for episode 31. This week, she's picked Canadian pop-rock outfit Billy Talent and their 2006 album "Billy Talent II."
Billy Talent is a pop-rock/pop-punk band that formed in 1993 (originally under the name Pezz) in Mississauga, Ontario. The band's main line-up has stayed the same over the years except for their original drummer Aaron Solowoniuk who has been on hiatus due to a battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Other members consist of Ben Kowalewicz on vocals, guitarist and vocalist Ian D'Sa, Jon Gallant on bass guitar and backup vocals, and Jordan Hastings of Alexisonfire on drums since 2016. Their second studio album "Billy Talent II" was released in June 2006 under Atlantic Records and was recorded at The Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. The album spawned 5 singles which include "Devil in a Midnight Mass", "Red Flag", "Fallen Leaves", "Surrender" and "This Suffering." For music, merch and more, go to www.billytalent.com
