Megadeth is a heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California. They formed in 1983, shortly after frontman Dave Mustaine parted ways with his former band Metallica. Their fifth studio album "Countdown to Extinction" was released in July 1992. it was recorded at "The Enterprise" in Burbank, California, and was released through Capitol Records.
