Cynic is a three-piece progressive metal band from Miami, Florida. The album has the band's only remaining original member Paul Masvidal on vocals and guitars, as well as Sean Malone on bass and Chapman stick, and Sean Reinert on drums. Their 3rd studio album "Kindly Bent To Free Us" was released in February 2014. It was recorded at Perfect Sound Studios in Los Anegles, and was released through Season of Mist.
